ATLYSS: Save Editing for Modifiers in Playtest

As a lot of you know, the Public Test for Atlyss’ next update is accessible through the Beta Participation option on steam.
With it come many new additions and changes, including additional Modifiers for weapons and armour, as well as a change on how these are recorded on the save file.

 

Preamble

If you already know how to edit your save file (something I will not be going over in this guide), then you know that by typing the correct enchantment in the “_modifierTag”: line you could enchant any piece of equipment for free, bypassing the randomization aspect of going through Vivian.
Here in the Public test things work a little different: namely, the “_modifierTag”: line has been replaced with a “_modifierID”: line.
Furthermore, you can no longer just write the name of the enchantment you want, you have to input a numerical ID for that.

Through testing I’ve compiled a list of ID and their corresponding Enchantments for your convenience below:

3 Magical (Bonus Magic Power & Magic Critical)
4 Precise (Bonus Dex Power & Critical)
5 Lively (Bonus Health & Defense)
6 Manafont (Bonus Mana)
7 Energetic (Bonus Stamina)
8 Molten (Bonus Fire Damage OR Fire Defense)
