All Items & How to Use

Adrenaline

Steal one item from your opponent and use it immediately
Adrenaline from your opponent cannot be stolen
Handcuffs cannot be stolen if opponent is already cuffed
Tips for use:

  • If your opponent also has adrenaline, use your items FIRST that you don’t want them to steal. For example, if your opponent has one less health then you and you are full health, use your cigarettes anyways.
  • Vice versa, use your adrenaline to prioritize your health and steal cigarettes, otherwise take items like magnifying glass or hand saw even after your own items to maximize intel on live and blanks.
  • Depending on what you have and what your opponent has, use the adrenaline wisely. What items could you use before you take something? What do you need to take from them first?

Beer

When used, user will eject the current shell without firing it. Using it on the last round will end the turn
Tips for use:

  • Best used if you don’t have magnifying glass or burner phone to figure out the current shell. If you know what rounds are left in the shotgun, you can pair with inverter to turn blanks into live rounds. Then, pair with hand saw for double damage.
  • If there is a round where there are more live shells and not enough health, use beer on rounds you know are live to shave down the round until the turn ends. You can use more than one beer in a turn.
  • Note that on a 50/50 turn, that ejecting a live with beer may not be in your favor, even if you know which blank rounds to aim at yourself IF you have no other items. If there are two rounds left, it would help you to know which rounds are live or blank but the current round will be of no use.

Burner Phone

Upon use, the user will be told the location and type of shell loaded in the shotgun IF there are two or more shells left in the chamber
Tips for use:

  • Best used at the start even before cigarettes to plan out your next moves with all items on the table considered.
  • NEVER use the phone if there is less than one round left, instead, use phones on rounds that only have 2-3 shells if you can.
  • Ideally, you want to use burner phone and use beer to rack the shotgun on shells you want to skip or don’t know if its live.
  • IN MULTIPLAYER: Each player’s phone gives new intel (i.e. your own and another player in multiplayer). IF you use YOUR own phone twice in the same round, it will NOT give you new intel. Also, burner phone won’t work even if there are two shells left in a chamber in multiplayer only.

Cigarettes

Upon use, heal 1 life
Cannot heal additional lives on top of full
Tips for use:

  • Use these when you are not full health ASAP, especially if your opponent has adrenalinehand saw, or hand cuffs.
  • Best item to take with adrenaline from your opponent so they cannot heal, even if you are full health unless you are one round away from killing them and require intel such as magnifying glass.
  • Ideal to prioritize cigarettes before any other action unless in one case: you adrenaline to steal cuffs for an extra turn and maximize your damage output to 2 or up to 4 from two hand saws that kills your opponent.

Expired Medicine

Upon use, 50% change of regaining 2 health or losing 1 health
Tips for use:

  • ONLY use this item if you can spare a life and ideally use a cigarette if you lose the 50%. Consider the opponent’s hand saw(s), handcuff(s), and cigarettes that can be used against you.
  • Want to gamble your life as a last resort? Or f around and find out early on? If you use this on a risky turn, then you are a madman.
  • Generally a throw-away item, not always

Handcuffs

Upon use, the opposing player will skip their next turn
Handcuffs cannot be used twice in one turn
Shooting yourself with a blank while opponent is handcuffed will skip an additional turn on top of the handcuff effect
Tips for use:

  • This item is best used when you have the maximum amount of intel you can get from other items prior. For example, the turn has 2 live and one blank and you used burner phone that told you that the blank is the 2nd shot. Then, you could handcuff your opponent, shoot them, then their turn will be skipped which allows you to aim the blank at yourself and continue to shoot the last live round at your opponent.
  • Majority of times, it is beneficial to use handcuffs when you can even when using adrenaline to steal handcuffs from your opponent and put it on them immediately. This way, their turn will be skipped even if you make mistakes.
Handsaw
Upon use, the user will saw off part of the shotgun. This will deal double damage for the current turn if its a live round. The shotgun will regrow after use.
Tips for use:

  • Only use hand saw if you know what the current chamber holds. Good to use after magnifying glass.
  • Using burner phone’s information and then using beers to shave the rounds away until you can use this to your advantage is a good way to add extra damage with hand saw thereafter.
  • Do not use this item on a blank round, unless you want to get rid of your item to prevent other players from stealing it on the next turn OR you use an inverter in your same turn.
Inverter
Upon use, the current shell in the shotgun will change to be inverse. A blank shell becomes live, and live shell becomes a blank shell
Tips for use:

  • Very good if you want to end the entire round by avoiding live shots, invert the live rounds to blank rounds. This way, you can skip to the next turn entirely and get a new set of items. You can also invert if there is more blanks than live rounds to maximize damage output for the entire rounds going forward.
  • Combo with magnifying glass and determine which is the next best move. If blank and you want to invert to a live, you can pair this with hand saw and handcuff/jammer to skip the turn of others.
  • With adrenaline, you can steal another player’s inverter ONLY IF you have enough intel to do so with the current shotgun shell you are dealing with.
Magnifying Glass
Upon use, the user will see what type of shell is in the shotgun that is currently loaded.
Tips for use:

  • Best paired at the start of turns or after an array of items used and lost track of the shell.
  • Use BEFORE inverter, but use this item after using multiple beers for example.
  • ALWAYS try to use this in your turn during multiplayer, especially if other players have adrenaline.
Remote
Upon use, the direction of the turn order will be reversed. Counterclockwise will turn to clockwise, vice versa.
Tips for use:

  • Only useful for players of 3 or 4.
  • Use when you don’t want the next player after you to use items you don’t want (i.e. adrenalinecigarette)
  • If the player before you has a remote, you should not use yours if you don’t want to go a second turn after that player.
    Vice versa, if you want to do this and force another player to take another turn when they have no items or must face live rounds, then use this item.
Multiplayer – Jammer
Upon use, the selected player’s turn will be skipped. Click on a direction of the player and then press the check mark to confirm. This is the multiplayer version of “Handcuffs”
Tips for use:

  • You could use this item at any order before you shoot a live round to skip the next player’s turn. Be mindful of the turn’s direction: clockwise or counter clockwise
  • This is a good item especially when there are two total remaining players so you can have two turns in a row regardless of if you shoot a live round.
