DREADTOME: Rat Mode Achievements Guide

Hey!

There are 3 rare achievements that are related to Rat Mode.

1: A Center for Rats – Activate Rat Mode

2: Unlicensed Firearm – Eliminate 5 enemies with the RPG

3: RAT TOME –

Please note that RAT TOME can be unlocked only if you play on the hardest difficulty, DREAD Mode, so if you wanna unlock all three achievements then play on DREAD Mode.

There is a Data Log that hints on how to unlock Rat Mode:

Not too long after the beginning, you will come to a locked door that leads to ‘Tome Vault’.

On the right there will be an open door to ‘Study Area’. Go in there, kill enemies, and go across to the other side:

If you look closely, you can see there are white/yellow rats on stairs and ledges. You have to shoot all five rats. Some rats can be barely seen in the screenshots- they are just above the crosshair. Starting from left:
    

After shooting them all, a rocket launcher will land on the edge and you will unlock A Center for Rats.

Kill 5 enemies using the RPG to unlock Unlicensed Firearm.

When you get to the end of the game, you will unlock RAT TOME (if you played on DREAD Mode difficulty).
