RuneScape: Dragonwilds – How to Level Mining/Woodcutting/Cooking/Construction Quickly

This guide will teach you efficient ways to level every single skill at the game, including:

Melee:
Mining:
Woodcutting:
Artisan:
Construction:
Cooking:
Runecrafting:

Woodcutting

Woodcutting isnt the easiest skill to level but after a few breakpoints it becomes quite fast.

At level 4 we earn the passive OVERHEAD CHOP, which allows us to Mouse Button Right Click and do an Overhead cut, breaking trees on the ground quicker:

At level 11 we earn the spell AXTRAL PROJECTION, which allows us to cut more than one tree instantly:

At level 27 we earn the spell SPLINTER, which allows us to explode the trees on the ground cutting it instantly (After level 27 we begin to get XP REAL QUICK)

Until we get level 4, just keep cutting trees nonstop.

At level 11, use the AXTRAL PROJECTION spell by aiming at the maximum ammounts of trees you can. Check the green glow around them to know which ones are targeted:

Try to always stack logs so when you cut you get more XP and save time while doing so:

At level 27, use SPLINTER spell at the log stack you created with your AXTRAL PROJECTION to cut everything at once:

To grind for Woodcutting XP you have a few options:
>Use both on COOLDOWN, then keep doing whatever you were doing till it gets off CD
>Manually cut other trees while you wait for the cooldown trying to stack logs together for more XP
>Read the section bellow (Use at your own risk)

QUICK TIP – CURRENTLY WORKING – MIGHT BE FIXED/COUNT AS AN EXPLOIT

If you log out of the game going to MAIN MENU after using a spell, then logging back in, it’ll reset the cooldown of any spells used, so we are going to

>Use Axtral Projection
>Use Splinter
>Go to Main Menu as soon as the spell finish it’s cast
>Log back in
>Repeat

HAPPY GRINDING

Mining

Mining isnt the easiest skill to level but after level 11 it becomes quite fast.

At level 11 we earn the spell Rocksplosion:

Rocksplosion allow us to save time while gathering while still getting XP by exploding every rocks/ores/rune essences at its range

Press K, Go to Spellbook and put into a slot of your spellbook. Press Q to open the spell wheel and click on it.

Try to aim for the cluster of minerals/nodes so it gets more than one rock per cast.

Cooking

Cooking is one of the easiest skills to level in the entire game and you can grind to max level even at the beginning of the game without any issues:

For this guide you will need at least:

24x Stones (Campfire)
24x Ash Logs (Campfire)
16x Ash Logs (Square Tile)
10x Ash Logs (Crate – Storage)
Ash logs to use as Fuel to our Campfires (May vary depending on the time you spend there)

We’ll start finding a river and building 4 Square tiles on top of the river to use as plateau for our campfires (It’ll be easier to walk through instead of getting slowed inside water)

Make 6x Campfires and allign 3 on each side

Go to the river and aim down while still inside our floor tiles and spam click “Interact Button – E” to fill our inventory with water (300x Dirty Water if you only did the 6 campfires, more if you craft more campfires)

After collecting your 300x Dirty Water, bring them to our Campfires and fill them with both Ash Logs to use as Fuel and Dirty Waters to start getting “Cooking XP”

After filling all 6 Campfires, go near the river again and start gathering more Dirty Water as you’ll need them to refill the Campfires when they finish crafting our Clean Waters

You can either drop/destroy the Clean Waters or put a Storage Box and stack them there to drink when needed.

Construction

Construction is one of the easiest skills to level in the entire game and you can grind to max level even at the beginning of the game without any issues:

For this guide you will need at least:

200x Ash Logs (More you have, more you get XP/Min, but you’ll need more clicks to collect logs from the ground after weight cap

To level Construction I’d recommend the starter zone as it has plenty of space to spam buildings and destroy them quickly. I usually do two lines of buildings to make it easier to destroy later on

REMEMBER TO CHANGE YOUR “DESTROY ITEM” KEYBIND TO A CONFORTABLE BUTTON AS YOU’LL SPAM IT A LOT!

Begin building from one side to the other, come back on the second line to make it easier to spam click destroy/build

Here is the list/loop of the buildings I created while leveling (After you destroy one building, that type of item do not give XP a for a while, so we have to cycle a few items)

Crafting Table
