Soon as you leave Kamiki village you can talk to Mika priest in the house beside to the to the Moon Cave and get this list.
Taka Pass — Revenge Contract
The second list is located in the Kusa village in the inn. Go into the inn and on the second floor find the door at the end of the hallway, hit it with your head to hear the girl send you away. Just leave the inn, go back and go upstairs to find this girl, Haruka will be in the room on the right. Talk to her to get the list.
Ryoshima Coast — Monster Manifest
The third list you can find in Sei-an City, Commoner’s Quarter. Go to the restaurant located front of the access to the Aristocratic Quarter (at night), find and talk to a drunk man Musa.
Kamui — Record of Penance
The last list is given by Wali in Kamui. You can find him and talk almost in the middle of the location inside his house, with lots of signs.
