This is how you can fix the photo mode and make sure all your pics of EVE save correctly
Fixing Photo mode
On Steam hit the GEAR ICON, then MANAG,E then BROWSE LOCAL FILES 
Once your files have opened hit NEW FOLDER and name it Screenshots
And thats all it takes to examine EVE as much as you want i mean take screenshots of the game world lol
