To obtain 100% completion in a single playthrough, avoid using hints (don’t press on the question mark on the top-right of the screen) and don’t use the feature to highlight wrong blanks (don’t press the light bulb on the top right corner of each section of the conclusion board).
This guide lists the solutions for all levels, without explanations on how to reach them. It should take you around one hour to complete the game this way.
Optionally, at the beginning of your gameplay, you can enable the “Auto-Collect Words” option to gather all clues automatically after clicking an item. This option, together with “Show Hotspots” and “Show Word Count” does not affect achievements in any way.
