This guide was made within a few hours so theres likely some spots missing or potentially some differences on higher difficulties as the runs to check spots were done on Normal Difficulty.
Concert Side
It appears that Sensor Nades and SAS Instincts do not reveal it requiring you to get within 3-1 Meters yourself.
Found inbetween the tent and Truck infront of the Firework Roof.
Found on the left side of the below bridge section. Commonly has a Gangster near it. (Zipline leads here as seen in photo.)
Found on the right side of the below bridge section. Commonly has a Gangster near it. (Boat parkour leads here as seen in photo.)
Found between the left side of the Stage and a Truck, can easily be accessed via going below the bridge and up the stairs.
