Horu and the Player both have the same amounts of Dragon Transformations, simply give both of them a Cup as you go along.

1.) Base Form (always start from this Body for further Transformations)
Cup of Dragon

2.) Water Dragon
Base Form + Cup of Water

3.) Ice Dragon
Base Form + Cup of Ice

4.) Fire Dragon
Base Form + Cup of Fire

5.) Lust Dragon
Base Form + Cup of Lust

6.) Skeleton Dragon
Base Form + Cup of Skeleton

7.) Death Dragon
Base Form + Cup of Immortality + Cup of Death

Extra for the “get killed as a Dragon” Achievement:
While transformed as a dragon, drink a Cup of Death.
!! Do not drink a Cup of Immortality, as the name says, you will stay alive. !!
