To get the last one you need give seeds to Chen Loong (dragon in the painted world) and you willl get it
2) 
Mantled with Might
Shoes on feet, hat on head, embroidered shirt, Daoist robe-free as can be, doing as you please!

This one is tricky. You need to dismember Venom Daoist. Before you kill him, get off all his extra limbs except 2. So he must have 4 hands left. It’s NG++ so be careful. If you done correctly, you get achivement right after you defeat him
3) 
A Curious Collection
Every rare wonder the world can offer, collected and kept.

[Thunderstone] – New Thunderclap Temple: Temple Entrance – Pass through the temple in front of you, walk up the left staircase, and enter the temple. Inside is this item
4) 
Seeds to Sow
Take more as fruit as your plants take root.

You need Fragrant Jade Flower. It’s random drop when you take flower. There’s 2 on Fright Cliff – Rockrest Flat. One behind the shrine near the warrior with shield (on the path to buddha head and stone man) and 2nd near the place when you meat drunk boar. If you fail to get seed, set the current time to +1h, teleport anywhere in other act and return.
5) 
Staffs and Spears
A walking vault of arms you have become!

Just craft last staff.
6) 
Gourds Gathered
Rare is not the gourd but the friend to drink with.

Purchase last bottle from monkey in painted world
7) 
With Full Spirit
Their mighty Spirits are now gathered within you.

53 spirits were collected. You need to go to NG+ and defeat father rat king before his son. After you kill both, you get last spirit. Sorry, I dont have any other saves 🙁
Also you can get full journal if you to Purple Cloud Mountain and complete Dao quest

Yeah that is not working because you need all stuff on 1 character. So if you go through his safe files, none of them has all of the achievements in 1 character.
