Since some key assignments were changed by the developers in the interim. Here, I present an updated guide tailored for those who prefer the precision and control of a keyboard and mouse setup.
Keyboard and Mouse Controls
So, several correspondences between gamepad (first the letter before the hyphen) and keyboard+mouse (letter after the hyphen)* (see Note):
LB-Q
RB-R
X – I (in battle you can also use the left mouse button)
Y – O (in battle you can also use the right mouse button)
A – K (in different menu mode, you can also use the left mouse button – “select/agree”)
B – L (in different menu mode, you can also use the right mouse button – “back”)
In the Dressing Room (gamepad – keyboard + mouse): (to appear hands, first remove the interface with clothes with the I key)
L – X (for the appearance of the left hand; to appear, tap simultaneously with the B key) to spank with the left hand
R – B (for the appearance of the right hand; to appear, tap simultaneously with the X key) to spank with the right hand
LT – 1 (number above the letters, – not in the Num section) – to touch with your left hand
RT – 4 (the number above the letters, – not in the Num section) – to touch with your right hand
Keyboard: WASD – for left hand movement, and TFGH – for right hand movement
ATTENTION: after entering hand mode (simultaneous X and B on the keyboard), it is easier and more convenient to move the mouse cursor over the character’s chest and touch with the left mouse button, and slap with the right mouse button.

ATTENTION: when you touch a character (not spank!), the love scale in the shape of a heart fills up on the top right. When the heart is filled and a portrait of a girl appears, then click with the RIGHT mouse button on any of the girl’s hands (on the hand!), wait for her to stretch out her hands to you and now click with the LEFT mouse button on any of her hands. You will be in the kissing mode, and when the character prepares her lips (closes her eyes), then try to point (WASD) “your” lips on her lips and manage to kiss with the K key (on the keyboard).
On the keyboard in the Dressing Room (when there are no hands):
WASD – move character up/left/down/right
T/G – zoom in/out
F/H – rotate the character right/left. OR you can rotate with the left mouse button (when there are no hands).
Q – turn the character 90 degrees with his feet to the left (return to the original with the R key)
R – turn the character 90 degrees with his feet to the right (return to original with the Q key)
Also in hands-free mode: screen control (gamepad X) – I (in-game tips)
On the keyboard in battle:
WASD – for character movement
TFGH – for camera movement (OR by turning the mouse – also rotating the camera)
up arrow – to designate which enemy is the target
down arrow – throwing enemies away from you
