Hello there, I just finished the new event and I’m going to explain the event for you and those who don’t get it. First and foremost you’ll need the facility to send rockets and trade for points, the EXO Request Platform. Being that said reaching the max threshold of the EXO Request Platform will gran’t all the event-related items seen in the news section plus quite a few lore-related items and some other loot coming along the rocket. EXO F.A.R.M. Event 2024 – All you need to know
THE BASICS:
So, the new event consists on you getting points by sending rockets with the new recipes onto them, those recipes are made with a sample gotten from pumpkings (sturdysquash) + Resipound/Leek or Some plant seeds from Atrox and Calidor (being the last combo of seeds not recommended because of their low value). Do not worry about setting a too much complex setup since nothing on this event requires energy to function. (At least manually)
TROUBLESHOOTING:
IF you do not encounter the event items in your world, you should save, exit to the menu and return to your savefile, things should be loaded by then.
GETTING THE ITEMS THEMSELVES:
So, once you understand what you need (The plants to make the stuff, AKA Cauldrangeas, pumpkings and Leek/Resipound) the next step is to get them.
Where to Find Cauldrangeas: Sylva, Calidor, Atrox; Those are the planets you can find them on and Atrox has the fastest of them all when it comes to producing, and no, you don’t need the roots even tho they look cool. Look pretty much going far into any direction till you see an orange marker in your compass, It will have the symbol of a plant meaning there is a Cauldrangea there, becarefull with the dangerous plants protecting it. Some say that following the lights in the sky help (Aurora borealis) I find that just a coincidence of going far enough.
Sturdysquas / Pumpkings: These are found in Sylva/Calidor mountains and in Atrox craters, pretty easy to spot and you just need a few of them since wild ones give quite an ammount of seeds anyways so choose the planet you prefer for this, besides cosmetic aspects all pumpkings serve the same purpose (Altough rare purple ones give an extra surprise bonus for you).
RESIPOUND/LEEK: These materials come from using a Tapper (Item made trough your backpack if learned, costing 1 Aluminum) on the new plants; keep in mind is best for you to harvest these plants and make a little farm out of them in your base, where you should be using your Tapper.
-Resipound is extracted from plants found in caves of Sylva, you don’t have to go deep at all to find them but they are rare, reason why they are marked in your compass as you aproach them in a yellow marker.
-Leek is extracted from plants found in the surface of Vesania, those plants are marked with a green marker and sometimes are quite buried in the soil, its better to extract them manually to gather their seed otherwise it could bug with the seed clipping trough the terrain, never to be seen again.
GETTING THE POINTS // FINISHING THE EVENT:
Once you have your Cauldrangea, your pumpkings and your plants (being the plants from Vesania the best ones) just keep harvesting your pumpkings and mixing their samples with LEEK/Resipound inside the Cauldrangea, send the result of such combination trough the EXO Request Platform rocket and in a few minutes/hours at most, you’ll finish the entire event and get all the rewards, possibly even more.
