I want to enjoy Arma Reforger in single player, but playing alone is very difficult because there are many enemies. If you can fight with AI soldiers, it will be a great experience even if you are alone. I will teach you how to summon, hire, and command AI soldiers.
Please note that this guide may become obsolete after the Arma Reforger Experimental version update.
1. Install Arma Reforger Experimental.
2. Boot and start Arma Reforger Experimental.
3. Choice scenario.
4. Start the scenario with local host.
5. Deploy your character.
6. Press ESC key, then click “setting” and select “Contorls” tabs.
Find “Commanding” and change the Key config, should be command dial key “~ (default)” to “any key”.
7. If finished change key config, back to “Pause”. then click “Game Master”.
8. Choose and click “AI team” deploy to around you.
9. Click “Play as character” and back to game.
10. Check the deployed AI team.
11. Open “Command dial wheel” and click any command once.
12. Aim to AI soldier and open “Command dial wheel”, then click “Recruit”
*Note: There is a limit to the number of AI soldiers you can recruit.
13. Done!! AI soldiers are be your teammate.
please do “12” again to other AI soldiers what you want. AI soldier will join your team if you did it.
14. Enjoy!! You can play mission with the AI squad!!
You can control AI team who you recruited with “Control dial wheel”.
15. Advanced use cases
This method is a so-called cheat, so there are various ways to use it. If you are struggling even after increasing the number of AI soldiers, try adding any vehicle or equipment using the Game Master function.Have fun with your ideal troop composition and tactics.
