Hotel Owner Simulator: Tips for Faster Progression

After quickly finishing the tutorial, we spend all our money building rooms. Preferably, we can choose from the available template rooms that fit our budget. This will both maximize our income flow and get us closer to level 3.

We assign our stat points to bargaining so that we can earn the most money from incoming customers.

We need to quickly fill the rooms with the first customers. The more occupied rooms, the more money.

At this point, we need to be careful to stay away from beggars and pimps. We don’t want to give rooms cheaply or risk getting fined. If you want to take the risk, it’s up to you. Pimps can offer twice as much money as regular customers.

To quickly find the type of customer we want, we don’t need to wait for them to come to our desk and kick them out. With our bat and a bit of force, we can quickly get rid of them. We need to identify and filter out unwanted customers by their appearances.

Assistants are unlocked at level 5. At this point, we should be around player level 3. If you pay attention, there is a lost cat notice at the entrance. We need to find this cat. You can find the cat on the branch of the tree at the entrance. With the help of the ladder next to the trash bin, rescue the cat and reach player level 5. This way, we gain access to services and assistants.

To make our job as easy as possible, we need to get rid of room cleaning, linen cleaning, and trash collecting. We hire these three assistants.

We will only be taking customers, mopping the floor, serving food in the restaurant, and offering snacks. We’ll continue this way until we move on to the second hotel.

If you want, you can use your money to build better rooms. It will make things easier in the next hotels.

When we unlock the second hotel, the first thing we need to do is activate the services and fill the 5 newly available rooms. We’ll assign a chef and a server to the new assistant slots so that food service is fully automated. This way, we’ll constantly earn passive income in the background.

In the second hotel, VIP customers become active. By hosting these customers, we’ll progress through the VIP rewards. Once we reach level 3, hosting pimps will no longer trigger the police, and we’ll earn even more money. With the newly available assistant slot, we can also hire a receptionist. At this point, we should beat up and kick out beggars quickly, and focus on filling rooms fast to get through the day.

We’ve now automated most of the work. All we need to do is build better rooms and start enjoying the hotel.
