Go through the door into the bathroom, open the wall cabinet and pick up the second battery.

Also interact with the medicine bag in the cabinet.

Lastly interact with the picture frame on the floor.

Return to the bedroom and put the batteries into the mouse of the computer.

Then click on the computer and put the USB into the computer.

Click the white button to view the image.

Leave the computer and return to the bathroom. Pick up the new paper on the ground.

After the final scene you’ll get the achievement for completing the game.
