Rotwood: Glass Cannon Spear Build

This build mainly focuses on pure damage boosts, and when paired with damage boosting powers, this build can deal tons of damage in one heavy attack by the end of the dungeon, with the heavy drawback of low survivability due to the main damage boosters given by not dodging

The Build

Weapon: Long Arm of The Claw
Risky Gem x3
Being one of, if not the highest damage dealing spear out of all of the spears (single attack wise) due to the 50% extra damage on focus hits makes it an optimal choice for this build, adding risky gems to all gem slots at max level will also grant an additonal 50% damage boost, but also adding 50% damage taken
The Pole Vault ability can also act as a dodge, as it won’t count as dodging

Helmet: Antleer Trophy Antlers

If you are looking for pure damage boosts, this tends to be the best option, granting a stacking 2% damage boost per environmental object destroyed, but Floracrane Garland is also a solid choice if you would rather rely on critical damage

Chestplate: Bullrog Gauntlets

Best chestplate option for damage boosts, granting a stacking 10% damage boost if completing a room without dodging

Leggings: Colossapphire Greaves

Another one of the best options for damage boosts, granting double damage if the user stands still for 4 seconds, but the damage boost will be lost on dodge

Tips

-As mentioned at the top of the guide, this build works better with a full party, mainly due to not having every single rot in the area target you, allowing easier picks off of enemies or allowing you to prioritize destroying environmental objects

-Make sure to check every room for any environmental objects that hadn’t been destroyed, an extra 2% damage may not seem like a lot, but it adds up as you get to the end of the dungeon

-You are at your lowest potential at the start of the dungeon, don’t be careless and die at the start
