Powerful Jot
Fully upgrade Jot’s abilities.
To upgrade abilities, you need to collect enough lightbulbs. It can be obtained by exploring the map, or by hitting objects in the environment (including trees, bushes, pillars, etc. Objects in both 2D and 3D environments can be hit). Once you’ve gathered enough, you can purchase upgrades from the merchant, who appears along the main story path, so there’s no need to search for them specifically.
During the game, you don’t need to thoroughly explore every inch of the map, as resources are quite abundant. By Chapter 7, I had already unlocked all abilities.
I will list the locations of the Glitchbird and Art Scrolls in each chapter below.
Interactive achievements (8)
Optimistic ExplorerTry jumping off the desk. Worth a go.At any point when you’re in the 3D world, you can jump off the table to obtain it (go ahead, you won’t die).
Huge FrogRearrange a sentence to make the little frog huge.
During Chapter 4, you will find a bug blocking your path and a tiny frog on the right of the puzzle room. Replace the word “Tiny” with “Huge” near the frog to unlock this achievement.
Perfect Fish Grab
Catch Floatio on your first try.
In Chapter 4, you will reach a bridge underneath where you can find a fish flopping. Interacting with the fish starts a Minigame where you must grab it by pressing a prompt. If you miss it on your first attempt, Quit the game and get back in to find yourself at the start of the room on the bridge.
Huge Bridge
Rearrange a sentence to make the bridge huge.
During Chapter 4, you will come to a puzzle room where you can find a broken bridge next to some singing frogs. You must change the time of day during the puzzle and replace the words “Broken” with “Huge” from the previous page to unlock this achievement.
Cheese Mushrooms
Rearrange a sentence to make some cheese mushrooms.
In Chapter 6, you will find a room with a metal block on the left that you can tilt to open space. There are mushrooms inside the dimly lit area. Replace the word with “Cheese” underneath mushrooms to unlock this.
Star Walker
Retrieve the scroll from the top of the star projector.
During Chapter 6, you must collect several parts in the 3D world. When going for the third part inside the star projector, use your Jetpack to get to the top of the projector to unlock this, and get Art Scroll 28 at the same time.
Cheese Pillar
Rearrange a sentence to make a cheese pillar.
In Chapter 6, you will come across two large pillars blasting heavy music. You can replace “Towering” or “Noisy” with “Cheese” from the previous page to unlock this.
Bust Buster
Rearrange a sentence to blow up Humgrump’s bust.
During Chapter 9, you will reach a puzzle room with a Diamond Bust of Humgrump on the right. Replace the words “Diamond” with “Broken” to blow up the bust to unlock this and obtain Art Scroll 46.

Chapter 3
At the beginning of the chapter, after entering the 3D world, turn two pages forward. It’s in the top right corner of the map.
Glitchbird 3
In the same area as Art Scroll 8, inside the house on the left.
Art Scroll 9
In the 3D world, walk all the way north along the path.
Chapter 4
Purchase from the merchant for 10 lightbulbs.
Art Scroll 11
During the day/night word puzzle, on the upper part of the left island, behind a tree.

In the 2D cave platformer, in the upper right corner.
Art Scroll 13
In the 3D world, you need to drag a yellow die; the scroll is behind it.
Art Scroll 14
In the 3D world, after using a key to open the door, you’ll enter the room shown in the image. The scroll is in the top right corner of the room.
Glitchbird 4
After entering the town, return to the 3D world and turn two pages forward. There’s a portal on the left blank space, leading back to the book and into the room.

After your teammate is captured by the bug, in the bottom left corner of the next page, behind a tree.
Chapter 5

After entering the castle, go to the far left side. Sneak behind the wall from the right side to get in (the guard will block you from entering from the front).
Chapter 6
After completing the first launch level, on the next page, hit the trees in the top left corner of the map.
Art Scroll 24
Purchase from the merchant for 10 light bulbs.
Art Scroll 25
In the bottom right corner of the pitch-black cave level.
Art Scroll 26
After obtaining the mini-rocket backpack, on the left side of the desk, when the story path prompts you to switch to 2D, continue flying left to the platform’s tree.

After obtaining the mini-rocket backpack, on the right side of the desk, fly into the mug that gives and accepts quests (inside the 3D world’s mug).
Art Scroll 28
On top of the projector where you get the 3rd needed part. Just jetpack up there for the scroll and the achievement: Star Walker.
Glitchbird 6
When you first obtain the bomb, flip forward about 12 pages and destroy a vine-covered entrance (the entrance is on the next page).

Glitchbird 7
The Glitchbird 7 will appear to the left of the hot air balloon, but it cannot be collected at this time. You will need to return after obtaining the Bomb Stamp.

After the three characters reunite, have Tumba dig behind the tree in the upper left corner of where you encounter a locked door that needs a key.
Art Scroll 33
When retrieving the amber on the left side you will enter a mug. Keep going to the right while inside the mug to find it.

Visible during a 3D cutscene but can only be obtained after entering the 2D world through the dinosaur’s tail.

After returning to the 3D world, before entering the next 2D area, walk all the way to the right.

The first time you use the Bomb Stamp, destroy the rock in the bottom right corner of the map.
Glitchbird 7
Now return to the scene where Glitchbird 7 appeared and use the Bomb Stamp to clear the path.

In the cave level where you need bombs and wooden blocks, there is a hidden room before you exit.

Chapter 9
Enter the yellow-illuminated room Pip came from after he opened the bridge for you. Follow the room to the left to find it.
Art Scroll 42
At the “Utter Dead End” head right to the hangout spot to find it.
Art Scroll 43
To the right of where you retrieved your Tilt Gauntlets.
Art Scroll 44
After the 2D laser level, follow the cockroach path to the very north to find it, instead of going left as the arrow suggests.
Art Scroll 45
After returning to the desk, pass the birthday card and cut down the tree in the bottom left, then walk to the end.
Art Scroll 46
In the puzzle room with crates, replace the words DIAMOND and BROKEN at the bust, then place a bomb on it to destroy it and obtain the scroll (simultaneously unlock the “Bust Buster” achievement).

Purchase from the merchant for 10 bulbs.
Art Scroll 48
In the pipe level, destroy the rock on the left above the pipe.
Art Scroll 49
Purchase from the merchant for 10 currency (note: this is the last merchant in the game, so make sure to buy all skills here to unlock the achievement).
