Here’s a comprehensive guide to all the cat locations for the “Cats in the Cold City” photo challenge in Stellar Blade, along with tips to complete the quest and unlock the Neurolink Skin outfit for EVE.

 

Before starting

Before starting, ensure you:
1. Reach Xion in the main story (after clearing Eidos 7).
2. Complete the “Memories of Xion” quest, which introduces the selfie mode. This requires taking a selfie in front of the statue in Memorial Square.
