You’re Not Supposed to Be Here
Heretic: Complete one of the hidden bonus levels.
Beat e6m1 or e6m2
This achievement is level select only and is not about each episode’s secret level. Beat either e6m1 or e6m2 to get the achievement. e6m3 does not work because it has no exit.
D’Stroy D’Sparil
Heretic: Kill D’Sparil.
Kill D’Sparil in either e3m8 or Faith Renewed e1m8.
Now I’ve Seen Everything
Heretic: Find all secrets on one map.
Select a short map, then watch a guide on finding all its secrets. Secret progress is next to the question mark on the map.
Weapons

Heretic: Find the Tempest Wand.
The Tempest Wand is in Heretic: Faith Renewed’s e1m9 in the arena’s middle. You can either complete the level normally by using the middle switches to have the wand come down, or you can noclip to it and then deactive noclip to grab it.
Balls of Steel
Heretic: Find a Firemace.
The Firemace spawns in multiple maps, so you’ll naturally get it by playing the game, but I got it in e6m1.
Master Assassin
Heretic: Kill all enemies on one map.
You’ll naturally get this but if you don’t, watch a 100% completion guide for a map with a low enemy count, like episode 1 maps, then set the difficulty to very easy to lower it further. The enemy kill count is next to the skull on the map.
Necrotized
Heretic: Kill 10 enemies with the Gauntlets of the Necromancer in one map (powered up or not).
You can get the gauntlets in most maps but you’ll probably first get them in e1m1. After that, just get your 10 kills in e1m1 or e1m2.
Staff Intervention
Heretic: Kill 5 enemies with the Staff in one map (powered up or not).
You always spawn with the staff. Pick your favorite map then kill five easy enemies with it.
Charbroiled to Perfection
Heretic: Kill a Maulotaur with a powered-up Phoenix Rod.
Easy to get in e5m8. When your enclosure opens, grab the tome of power outside then use it and the ring of invincibility to kill a Maulotaur.
These other weapon achievements are easiest when dealing with crowds of easy enemies. If you only have a few enemies, you can also shoot them with your wand to weaken them.
Wrath of the Phoenix
Heretic: Kill 3 enemies at once with a single Phoenix Rod shot.
I did this on e6m1 with the golems, weakening them with my wand and quicksaving after every couple of shots in case I accidentally killed them.
Manna from Heaven
Heretic: Kill 3 enemies with the rain from a single powered-up Hellstaff shot.
I also did this on e6m1 with the golems because the map has a totem of power.
Items

Heretic: Finish a map with 100 health, 200 armor, and all weapons.
All weapons doesn’t include the Tempest Wand. You need the enchanted shield to get 200 armor.
I’d recommend e6m1 for this because it has all weapons, a mystic urn for 100 health before finishing, and an enchanted shield near the back that you can get once you kill all enemies.
I’m Kinda Unstoppable
Heretic: Activate a Ring of Invincibility, the Wings of Wrath, and a Tome of Power all at once.
Easiest to complete in e5m8 where you’ll get all these items at the beginning.
Clean Sweep
Heretic: Get all items on one map.
Select a short map like e1m1, then watch a 100% completion guide. You can track your item progress by looking at the map and seeing the number next to the potion.
These other item achievements are easiest when dealing with crowds of easy enemies.
Eggs Caliber
Heretic: Transform 5 enemies into chickens with a single use of the Morph Ovum.
I got this achievement on e6m1, but feel free to select any other level with the egg item.
Power Trip
Heretic: Kill 20 enemies in one Tome of Power powerup duration.
I’d recommend Faith: Renewed e1m9 on the easiest difficulty. Just grab the tome of power, activate the arena, then use the tome and blast as many skeletons as you can with the crossbow.
