CloverPit: How To Get The Secret Ending Everytime

There is a lot of misinformation on the way to get the secret ending this is how you actually can get it.

How to get the secret ending / secret calls:

If you pick up the phone, and the devil’s on the other side, just ignore him! Picking up the phone is fine, required even, but as long as you clear a deadline without picking a red call option, it will count as an ignore.

However, you have to pick the phone up for it to count — I.e. answering the call but not taking a red call option — otherwise it will not count.

Doing so 3 times will get you half way to the secret ending. The other half is getting a 4th call from the devil, which, when answering the phone, will turn into an angel. All subsequent red / devil calls will be yellow / holy calls from then on.

At that point, the key will turn white. Managing to open the door with the white key will trigger the secret ending.

If you’re struggling to get all the necessary calls, it’s not RNG that hates you. In fact, there’s no RNG involved in which calls are from the devil and which ones aren’t.

Deadlines #3 and #7 will always be devil calls, and by default, the only ones. To guarantee the devil will be on the other side on additional deadlines, you have two options:

1: Getting a 666 on the last round you play a deadline in. This can either be on the very last round of a deadline, or on any other one, but if, and only if you skip the rest of the deadline. If this is done correctly, next deadline’s phone call will be from the devil.

2: Getting a regular call, but not picking it up until you get a 666 in a round. At that point it will be a call from the devil. If you however play more rounds before picking the phone up, it will return to a normal call if no 666 appears in the remaining rounds.

The caller is determined when you pick up the phone. It won’t change after you’ve picked it up for the rest of the deadline.

Additionally, you can combine both steps to make the current and the next deadline’s calls be from the devil.
