Plain and simple, this guide can be used to help find the achievements.
Quick Intro
First and foremost, this is a very short game. I completed the game and all of its achievements in under an hour, and that included me just aimlessly wandering and observing things sometimes.
I recommend allowing yourself to play without a guide because it’s a nice and small game and the game does a pretty good job at explaining what you might need to do.
However, if you’re finding yourself having a hard time figuring things or want to simply complete the game as quick as possible, this is for you. Without further ado, let’s hop into it!
Checklist

How’s it going, eh?

Pretty straight forward: Once you get you the binder from our good pal, Ian, introduce yourself to the rest of the kids around the campfire. You only need to use “Who?” at this part, but that’s pretty rude and you should have the “Hi” in there too.
After this achievement, the order in which you get the achievements is not too important because you’ll be able to get them in any order and you’ll have to get most of them anyway to complete the game.
Make sure you pick up the location cards as you move through this relatively small map as you’ll need all of them to get the achievements
Why settle for a peek?

Go to the tippy top of the camp. Follow the trail from the campfire and it’ll lead you straight to the tower. Make sure you walk in front of the hut, which will give you a cinematic/pretty good view of the camp.

I don’t believe I lost the lost charm

Our dear friend Penny has lost their charm!
In order to get her charm back, ask the kids around the island using your new “Help” card paired with the “Penny” card. They will give you clues that will ultimately lead to Tai who is on the trail. Grab the charm from Tai and give it back to Penny.
I don’t dance

Our friend Ollie, who is in the woods, loves to dance. Interact with Ollie by using the “play” card. Ollie will ask you to go to all the kids in the camp and ask them to show you their dance moves using your newly acquired “Dance” card.
The great thing about most of these achievements is that you’ll be able to work on multiple achievements at the same time because you have to talk to each kid in the camp and do their activities in order to progress in the game. So when you talk to a kid, after you get their dance move, also ask to play with each kid to progress their activities.
Once you’ve gotten the dance moves from all kids, talk with Ollie and there will be a small cutscene of them showing of their great dance moves and you’ll be pals with Ollie and have your achievement
Well, I’d rather you say yes

While you’re finding dance moves from your friends, ask Ian to bust a move with your “Dance” card.
He initially insists that he can’t dance, but talk with him 2 more times asking him to dance and he will show you his moves.
What wild creature is more accessible?

Our friend Tai is on the trail and looking for birds! Use the “Play” card with Tai and you will receive a set of binoculars. Your bird hunting journey begins!
There will be 5 birds for you to collect. Go to where the birds are and view them with your binoculars. You will receive a card for each bird. You can collect them as you are going about the island. If you want to find the birds on your own, skip the rest of this section!
Here’s where they are:

The mourning dove will be on top of the lodge

The robin will be in the forest our dancing friend

The cardinal is a tricky one! You’ll find this one at this signpost in this lonely tree. Use your binoculars to get a good view of our avian friend!

The blue jay will be in front of the tower behind these fenceposts.

Our last friend, the woodpecker, is also pretty sneaky! Go to the end of the beach and look up towards the cliff

Sneaky little thing!
Next, head on back to Tai. You’ll need to tell him about each bird and where you found it, so don’t forget to pair the bird with their respective place.
A reminder:
- Mourning dove = lodge
- Robin = forest
- Cardinal = trail
- Blue jay = Tower
- Woodpecker = Cliff
Show Tai all the birds and a cutscene will play and you’ll get the achievement.
I don’t know what it means either

Head to the beach to talk to Naya, our treasure hunting friend. Whenever you talk with her, she’ll present you with a clue: “I have a face but no nose. I have a foot but no toes. I can be very steep. What am I?” The answer is A cliff (Cliffface, the foot/bottom of a cliff. .
She will proceed to each location. Interact with her each time with the “Play” card until you reach the end. If you want to solve it on your own, skip the rest of this section. Otherwise, look below for the scavenger hunt answers!
You climb my stairs to reach the sky, and watch the camp from up high! What am I? The highest point in the camp and has stairs is the tower! But you’ll find her just before the stairs.
I give a light when the sun goes down, and s’mores taste best when I’m around. What am I?
Can only roast s’mores around a campfire! She will be by lodge #1.
I may be bored but I’m never boring. I’m full of things to do, which one you choose is up to you! What am I?
Never get bored around the board!
I have sand but no desert. I’m near water but you’ll want to protect yourself from the sun. What am I?
Head on back to the beach where this all started! You’ll find Naya on the northern side of the camp near some chairs.
Pals gather inside on a rainy day. If you’re lucky, paintings might help you enjoy your stay. What am I?
The lodge is a great place for shelter!
Birds and bugs come here to rest, but they might be disturbed by a dancer’s best! What am I?
Head on back to our dancing friend in the forest! Naya will be by lodge #3. You might get the achievement at this point, but still go talk with her to get a cutscene and become pals with her.
Happy little accidents Inspire an aspiring artist.

Our artistic friend Gwennie loves to paint. You’ll find her just off the beach and heading up towards the cliff.

When you ask her to “Play” the first time, she’ll ask for places to be inspired. Simply go through all the destinations and she will show up at each place to paint. I’d recommend going in the order you received the destination cards so you don’t forget which ones you need to do.
After you get her to the last location, you’ll get a cutscene honoring her amazing work and you’ll become pals!
Gaseous Garter

Our “kept ya waiting, huh?” friend can be found by Ian just by the campfire. Utilizing the “Play” card with him will show that he’ll want to play hide and seek with you around the island. You’re welcome to ask your pals around the island to help or you can seek him yourself! You’ll somewhat be able to tell where he’s going if you’re fast enough. If you want to find him without the guide’s help, skip the rest of the section!
First he’ll be at the beach

Next, at the base of the tower

Now, chilling in the forest next to our dancing friend

Somewhat blending in, you’ll next find him in front of the lodge!

Then a skip and hop to the campfire where he’s by lodge #1!

After finding him here, a cutscene will play where we spook poor Ian, but gain a pal in the process!
BIG HUGS

Assuming you’ve done all the tasks and made all the pals, your mother will walk in and wait for you in front of the lodge to give you a nice big hug. Simply walk up to her and get the hug you deserve, getting that final achievement!

When you finish talking with her, you’ll leave Camp Pals!
Hope you enjoyed the game and I hope the guide helped you along!
