Since the file is corrupted, it must be deleted !!! DURING THE GAME ITSELF !!!
1. Log in to the game
2. Press the WIN + R keys
3. Write “AppData” in the suggested window, then click OK
4. Next is the folder selection order: Local → Blaster → Saved → SaveGames
5. Then search for the “NPCsWokenUp.sav” file and delete it
Keep in mind that this method will result in the removal of all current friends in your grandmother’s house. However, it will solve your problem.
