This guide is a brief overview of how to obtain the Amulet of Life Force, an Amulet Slot item that grants 100 Max HP while equipped.

 

Leave the Old Camp from the South Gate

This will likely be easier if the player already has a map, but if not – head out the south gate and continue until crossing a wooden bridge. From there, take a leftwards heading into the forest. You should come across an ominous cave with a different styled tree above it.

If you have a map, here is where it is located on the map.

There is a powerful enemy inside the cave, but if you run fast you should be able to make it to the back of the cave and loot the item. This is definitely easier if you have trained acrobatics with Buster at the New Camp. Word of Caution, the Large Powerful Enemy will chase you outside of the cave!

If you are triumphant, congratulations – here are the stats on the amulet 100 Max HP!
This is slightly more than 8 levels worth of Max HP improvement (96) , and is very useful early on.

As a test measure, I took a fresh Hero and got the Amulet in under 12 minutes from arriving in the Colony. I did utilize the NPC Baal Parvez to kill a couple mobs on the road on the way there.
