First of all, you need grubs (or also known by mother’s children, bugs, etc.)
In general, it seems like one is pretty enough, but personally I collected every single one on the way, then everything is simple: DO NOT kill a single grub until you get to the nest and to the mother, when you freed her: you take out the grubs and crush them right in front of her, she become mad and kill you and you ressurect at the last save (if there is one), after that – you will have the achievement.

Do you know the cleaver? I’m talking about the artifact, it was added in the nest update, its main function: to cut all living things and give the player buffs.
So this thing will be useful to us, all we need to do is: take a cleaver, approach any living creature (I picked a barnacle) and cut it, the meat will fall not into the inventory, but nearby, I honestly have no idea after how many hits and whether it works on every creature, most likely the meat will drop with a chance, but I haven’t tested it, keep in mind, after you get a piece of meat, take it and eat it, that’s all. You will have the achievement. The cleaver can be obtained either in the abyss saferoom, (where you take artifacts – randomly.) Or at the bazaar, (which opens in global upgrades of facility)

Being in a roach mode, you can jump high when holding ctrl (Rabbit DNA but not wasting your stamina), according to my observations, the only thing that will hinder you is your height and the height of a normal jump. (No increased damage.)
Roach mode is available in bindings after saving the mother. (or after going through the company, I don’t know exactly because I did it in one run)

Just go through the campaign, conventionally meta perks have always been and will be increased jumps and additional jumps. Depending on your build, feel free to use artifacts, there are more of them and they are now really more useful, especially with the Overwhelmed nerf.
