PizzaBoy: Raffaele Achievement Guide

In order to find Raffaele and unlock the related achievement, you will first need to beat the boss at the end of Chapter 2. Once you’ve done that, don’t talk to Vampire Girl just yet!

Stand on the leftmost platform and jump towards the wall, like thus:

You’re going to now pass freely through the wall and enter a room with Raffaele standing inside. The achievement should now unlock, and you can also talk to Raffaele for a morsel of backstory.

Side note — I don’t think that you need to get any of the collectibles to be able to enter this room. Also, I don’t know if Raffaele can be found in any of the other chapters (since the achievement description says “Find Raffaele in any chapter between 1 and 4”.
