This is the route I followed through the early and mid game of TS Devil Inn, built around pushing Alice’s transformation first and snowballing the Inn from there. If you are just past the opening and feel like the systems are piling up faster than the game explains them, this walkthrough should give you a clear order of operations from Day 1 all the way through the demon rituals.
I put this together because the game hands you a lot of moving parts — tax days, missable shop stock, dungeon farming, transformation timers — and a single missed preparation can quietly stall your progression for a week. Timing and prep are the two things that bit me, so I have kept those front and center rather than burying them.
Day 1 – Getting Started
Start your first day and let Alex‘s intro event play out. After that, open the Inn and serve Alex for the first time, then end the day. That is the whole of Day 1 — simple, but don’t rush past the intro event, since it sets up the serving loop you will be doing a lot of.
Day 2 – First Dungeon
Day 2 unlocks the first dungeon. Before you head in, buy 1–2 Potions — you do not want to learn the dungeon’s difficulty the hard way with an empty bag.
Once inside, kill 3–4 Wolves and pick up the Oranges they drop. Defeat the boss to claim the Yin Blossom. Back at the Inn, interact with the candle to craft the TS Potion. That candle is your crafting station for a lot of what follows, so get used to checking it.
Tax Event – Every 7 Days
Every 7 days a tax event fires. Keep enough Gold banked before Day 7, 14, 21, 28 and so on — every seventh day. Going into a tax day short on Gold will slow your progression down, and it is an avoidable setback. I treated tax day like a deadline and always kept a buffer.
There is also a missable preparation on Day 10, 20, and 30: buy 3 Wine and 3 Cheese. These are needed later for Eron‘s route, and if you forget to stock them when the shop offers them, you are stuck waiting. I would treat those three days as hard calendar entries.
Alex Route – TS Progression
Whenever you serve Alex, add the TS Potion into his food. You need to use it 3 times, and you will also need 3 Oranges along the way.
On the 3rd usage, have a Defense Ward ready — buy it from the shop beforehand. You will need it to defend against a strong spirit attack wave. This is the part people most often get caught on, so buy the ward early rather than scrambling for it hours before the third potion. Once the transformation completes, Alex is fully transformed and you can recruit him, which unlocks his room.
Next Day – Yang Introduction
The following day, Yang‘s intro event triggers automatically.
White Death Dungeon
Enter the new dungeon. Farm Wolves for 15–20 Wood — this is for building later, and you will be glad you stocked up. Open the chest to get Bun Flour, then defeat the boss and return to the Inn.
Yang Route – TS Progression
Use the TS Potion on Yang — the first use works normally. The next step requires Enchanted Incense, which is where the Wun Cult dungeon comes in.
Wun Cult – Enchanted Incense
Go to the Wun Cult dungeon and defeat Wun to obtain the Enchanted Incense. Bring it back to the Inn to finish Yang‘s TS progression. That unlocks the recruit room with Yue.
Inn Upgrade Requirement
Before you can progress further, have 500 Gold and 5 Wood ready, then upgrade the Inn floor.
Eron Introduction and Route
After the upgrade, Eron‘s intro event appears. Trigger 3 TS Potion nights for him and complete his transformation to recruit Eri. This is where those Wine and Cheese buys from Day 10 / 20 / 30 pay off.
Maid Academy Unlock
Build the Maid Academy with 1000 Gold and 10 Wood. That unlocks the Maid Academy system, and from there you can train Alice and Yue into maids.
TS the Merchant
Get the Silver Medal from the chest in the White Death Dungeon. Craft the Silver Medal at the candle, then give it to the Merchant to transform him. When the merchant returns after 7 days, give him a TS water — the Inn owner will hand it over without needing materials. Once he has fully transformed into a woman, he sells a key item: the Moon Knife, which you need to cut the tentacle tree.
Merek Route
Recruit Yue first, then build the double room in the builder. Prepare 5 Apples, 5 Bread, 5 Milk, and 5 Oranges. On the first night, the TS Potion triggers but fails — that is expected.
Head to the Succubus Cave, defeat the boss, return to the Inn, and craft the Great TS Potion. Go back to recruit Merek. After recruiting all three NPCs (Yue, Eri, Alice), visit the candle and the TS god will lead you to the altar room.
For the ritual you need 5 tentacles: buy the Moon Knife from the TS merchant, go to the Succubus Cave, defeat the pink succubus tree to obtain the seed, and defeat 2–3 succubi for succubus fluid. Once Merek is recruited, head to the tree to trigger the ritual transformation and turn him into a succubus.
Ragnar Route
Ragnar can be recruited once you have both Eri and Yue. To progress his story you need to open the Tavern and brew beer for him — start saving Gold for that build. During Ragnar TS Night 3 you enter the Limbo World. Search for the treasure chest there to obtain the Demon Blood item.

Maid Competition
The Maid Competition opens after you have recruited 3 maids, including Merry. Train your maids through both training phases before entering — that gives you the best chance of winning. Winning rewards you with a Jewel. Clearing the first Maid Contest unlocks the Hallway, which lets you access the rooms of recruited NPCs.
Skatt Transformation Route
Once you have the Demon Blood and the Jewel from the Maid Competition, craft them together at the candle to make the TS Jewel. Give it to Skatt, the tax NPC. That triggers his transformation and unlocks his scene.
Liang Route
Unlock Liang after recruiting Merek and Ragnar. Buy Rice from the merchant. His route is mostly linear — after defeating the Jiangshi Lord and recruiting Lin, return to the dungeon and speak with him to get the Purple Orb, which is required for the Jiangshi Ritual. In the dungeon, defeat Jiangshi Minions to collect 5 jiangshi fluid for the ritual.
Varas Route
Varas unlocks by recruiting Ragnar and building the Double Bed Room. You will also need Honey and a Beard.
Ray Maid Training
Ray Training unlocks once you have completed Maid Competition 1 and the Lin Maid Scene with Ray in Prison.
Ren Route
Ren‘s route unlocks after recruiting Liang and Varas. He will not tell you his favorite food outright, so after completing his first room scene, follow these steps in order:
- Go to the dungeon and defeat Kai.
- After defeating Kai, meet Merry at either the Dark Altar or the Hallway to start the Ren Investigation Event.
- Go to the Sage Temple and check every glowing investigation point on both the 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor.
- Return to Ren’s Work Station and check the glowing point there.
- Go back to the Kitchen and talk to the Miko to receive Miso Soup.
- Continue Ren’s transformation event and recruit him.
- After recruiting Ren, perform his ritual. You will need 5 Oni Fluid and 1 Red Orb — both can be collected in Kai’s Dungeon.
- After Ren transforms into an Oni, talk to him again to start the Sage Temple Attack Event.
Step 3 is the one I would not rush — sweeping both floors for glowing points is easy to skim, and missing one leaves you backtracking.
Demon Rituals
Alice’s Demon Ritual becomes available after completing the Sage Temple Attack event. You need 3 Succubus Fluid.
Skatt’s Demon Ritual unlocks after completing Alice’s Demon Ritual, and after you have given him the TS Jewel and fully transformed him into a female. It also requires 3 Succubus Fluid.
Ray’s Demon Ritual becomes available after completing the Sage Temple Attack event and watching both scenes in Prison. Talk to Merry to begin Ray’s Demon Transformation event. Once that event is complete, go to the Tentacle Tree to perform the final ritual. Requirement: 3 Succubus Fluid.
Conclusion
That is the full order I used to clear the early game with the Alice build and carry it through every route and ritual. The backbone is always the same: watch the 7-day tax cycle, keep your transformation prep stocked, and never leave a dungeon without the materials your next step needs.
