Once Human: How to Get Twitch Drops without Issues

If you ever claimed a Twitch Drops wave and wonder why you never got any other drops again, here’s why and how to fix it.

Overview

You’re probably here because you have claimed a Twitch Drops wave in the past, but you didn’t get any more drops after that.

First, I’ll explain what happened and then how to fix it – spoiler, it’s not permanent, you’re going to have to do it every time but it’s easy to remember.

The Issue

The problem is that these idiots either forgot or just didn’t care about any of this. Probably 3 different departments doing one thing.

Anyways, the issue is that you have to reset the account linking after you claim the drops in-game. Period. Not sure if this is per-server switch but just in case, do it anyways.

So, if you ever claimed the drops on Twitch (pressed the Claim button) without resetting and re-linking your account, those drops are lost in the void forever. No idea if support will help you, I won’t even try.

The Solution

This guide assumes you did reset your account before claiming the current Twitch Drops wave.

  1. Go to https://www.oncehuman.game/twitch.
  2. Start by annoyingly “signing in” your Goober, Fakebook or Xitter account.
  3. Step “1”: Now input your Region, Server, and User ID (shown on bottom left of the game).
  4. Step “2”: Now connect your Twitch account with the Once Human account.
  5. Now you will receive the Twitch Drops if you resetted the account previously, so log into the game to check the new mails you got with the drops.
  6. THE FOLLOWING STEP IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE ENTIRE GUIDE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THE NEXT TWITCH DROPS WAVE:
  7. Click _[Reset]_ on the “Step 1” column (image shown below).
  8. Close the site and forget about it until the next Twitch Drops wave, then redo every step of this guide all over again from the beginning, making sure you complete the previous step.

Couple Extra Notes

If you just did this guide without resetting the account previously AND you already claimed the drops from Twitch, you already lost them. They won’t appear magically since you signaled Twitch to send the drops to their servers, and since there wasn’t a new server+character assigned, those got completely lost since they were assigned to your previous server+character you had maybe months ago. Perhaps support can help?

I already lost 3 Twitch Drops waves until I read a comment somewhere about this. There wasn’t a guide here on Steam, so I made one. Hope the guide can help next time, and sorry about the drops you already lost.
