Anno 117: Pax Romana – How to Fix Unable to Launch the Game Issue

If have tried everything to launch the game and been unsuccessful try this:
Windows Settings -> Time & Language -> Language & Region : Now change the Regional format to English (Europe)

Just change Regional format
