Goddess Petals

#1 – Miremarked Mesa

Item Required: None
Sitting outside of Pilgrim’s Sanctum.

Item Required: None
One screen left of the save point.

#3 – Twilit Thicket

Item Required: Bombfruit, Sliding Spike, or Roc’s Hammer
Same screen as the save point. Destroy the cracked wall and enter the cave.

Item Required: None
Complete the first Bug House (can be any of them).

#5 – Verdant Valley

Item Required: None
Build a Post Office in Verdant Valley and talk to the postfrog. Answer “Yes” to get a Goddess Petal.

#6 – Miremarked Mesa

Item Required: Clawncher
South of the Pilgrim’s Sanctum, where you can walk between the raised road. Use the Clawncher to grab a rock to cross a pit.

Inside this cave.

#8 – Snowcloak Summit

Item Required: Clawncher
After jumping off the big mountain, head south and enter this cave. You’ll come out the other side next to a Goddess Petal.

#9 – Melancholy Meadow

Item Required: None
In the cave that connects Melancholy Meadow with Scorchwind Sands, speak with the downed hunter. Complete his request to gain access to a Goddess Petal in the following room.

#10 – Verdant Valley

Item Required: None
After getting Goddess Petal #8, return to the screen in Verdant Valley with the save point and the big tree. In the top-left you’ll see a new husk. Restore it to meet Ralph. Complete his questline to get a Goddess Petal.

#11 – Cat Hideout

Item Required: Fairy Slinger
In the Cat Hideout, go to the leftmost room. Hit the blue wall switch with the Fairy Slinger to get the Goddess Petal.

#12 – Verdant Valley

Item Required: Fairy Slinger
After obtaining the Fairy Slinger, return to Verdant Valley and look for Luna. Complete her build request to get a Goddess Petal.

#13 – Melancholy Meadow

Item Required: Fairy Slinger
One screen left of the save point, use the Fairy Slinger to activate the blue wall switch.

#14 – Verdant Valley

Item Required: Pictograph
In Verdant Valley, build the Photo Hut and complete both questlines to get a Goddess Petal.

Follow the river to reach the Goddess Petal.

Swim to reach this Goddess Petal.

#17 – Weeping Wetlands

Item Required: Swimsuit
Swim to this crypt, one screen up and one screen right of the cave that connects Weeping Wetlands with Verdant Valley.

#18 – Verdant Valley

Item Required: None
In Verdant Valley, build the Observatory and copy and spawn a meteor in front of Jovine. There’s a meteor in Weeping Wetlands, Upper City, and Snowcloak Summit. The easier one to find is in Upper City: it’s in the very top-left screen with the next Goddess Petal.

Swim to this Goddess Petal.

#20 – Weeping Wetlands

Item Required: Swimsuit
On the left side of Weeping Wetlands, swim north to find this crypt. Inside, defeat the enemies and then copy/spawn a torch in the top-right spot. Light the torch and the Goddess Petal will appear.

#21 – Melancholy Meadow

Item Required: Rift Wand or Power Pogo
Use the Rift Wand or Power Pogo to reach this Goddess Petal.

#22 – Scorchwind Sands

Item Required: Rift Wand and Mount
Use the Rift Wand to reach the ostrich mount, and then ride the mount to reach this area in the top-left of the desert. Use the Rift Wand to swap places with the cactus, then lift the other cactus to reveal a ladder. The cave will take you to the Goddess Petal on the screen to the right.

Build 4 Shrines in Verdant Valley to get a Goddess Petal.

Use the Rift Wand to reach this Goddess Petal.

#25 – Underwater

Item Required: Heart Scale
In the underwater section leading to the LVL3 Sword (see Trading Sequence guide), swim to the bottom-right area to find a Goddess Petal.

#26 – Miremarked Mesa / Dojo

Item Required: Rift Wand
In Melancholy Meadow, find the Dojo and complete the challenge to earn the spin attack. Find Lana in the Miremarked Mesa and restore her husk. Then return to the Dojo to watch a scene and get a Goddess Petal (and an achievement).

Use the Rift Wand to reach this Goddess Petal.

#28 – Snowcloak Summit

Item Required: Dungeon 5 Progress
During Dungeon 5, there will be a part where you step outside for a moment. Go one screen to the left to find a Goddess Petal.

#29 – Restore the Old Frog

Item Required: Rift Wand
Locate this cave with the butterflies in Miremarked Mesa. Enter it and use the Rift Wand to get around and reach the Old Frog’s husk. Restore it to get a Goddess Petal.

#30 – Collect all 16 Bugs

Collect all 16 bugs and then talk to the big tree in Verdant Valley.

#31 – Complete Farm Questline

In Verdant Valley, restore Zelen’s husk and bring him what he asks for to get a Goddess Petal.

#32 – Collect 30 Akedo Leaves

Collect at least 30 Akedo Leaves and then talk to Mr. Akedo in his fortress.
