Day 1-13 Build order
Day 1: We use the Witch for +1 stone and +1 gold. Use outposts for gold and wheat, then recruit a monk as the first unit. Repair the castle x2 and place Tavern beside castle, house on a north plot, lumberyard on the far west plot. Start off with 2 peasants on berries and 1 on wood. We collect to exactly 6 berries to build a fisherhut on the east plot, then focus on wood for the second house. A tip for not over gathering is to count the lit up with white squares as 1 resource, then take out all peasants from the building. They will finish the job the switch to the next assignment.
Day 2: Pick up the cyclops and leave him on the bench. We want the monk to solo farm for the faith quest for now. Gather wood and build the 2nd house also in one of the North plots. Continue to gather wood and build a sawmill next to the lumberyard, then change to start board production. We will need 6 boards.
Day 3: Build 6 boards and continue to gather wood. Repair the Church first, then build the Port and send the Expedition when you reach 20 coins. You should be able to get this all done today, but timing can be close depending on the courier transporting the boards. Unassigning the sawmill peasants and not reassigning them will make them carry the final boards in as soon as they finish if you are low on time due to bad courier or tree spawn rng. With remaining time gather as much wood as possible.
Day 4: Start the day with all peasants on berries. Put in cyclops today when you can. Put the starter sword item on him. Gather exactly 7 berries and upgrade the Church, putting the bonus on the lumberyard. Put a peasant in the Port forever and prioritize it. Next build quarry next to your houses and get 5 stone for the lumberyard upgrade, then 5 boards for the quarry upgrade.
Day 5: Work on lumberyard then quarry upgrades. Make sure you dont overspend gold on roads and trees, turn off the forester and road builder at 10 gold and make sure you have 10 gold for tomorrow. With the remaining time collect wood aiming for the 3rd house.

Day 6: Recruit the Runescribe and leave him on the bench for now. Focus wood going for the 3rd house while roads cook. If you finish the 3rd house today put it in the middle plot, leaving the last North plot for a well. Next is 4 stone for a swordsman.
Day 7: Check the relic chest from the expedition. Relic priority spawns are 4 bushes > gold ore spawns. Check demon shop for the other one after. You really want gold ore and bushes as your first 2 relics, the others are not needed in this guide. Roll the Demon trader twice per day if you dont hit and leave at least 3 faith to roll the Boss Relic twice. The Church quest should be finished allowing you to afford it but this is not an immediate priority, so leave taxes on coins always. Continue to farm wood until you have 3rd house. Keep the roads building as much as possible. Turn the forester off instead if you run out of coins as needed. We should be able to finish the 3rd house today. Afterwards collect 4 stone for a swordsman but dont put him in the field until the boss is dead for the morale XP. Holy water>Conductor are the 2 Boss Relics we are picking so roll for them if you dont get them. Finally build 5 boards for a gold mine.
Day 8: Get your swordsman in give him the shield and also put in the runescribe when you get 6g. You may have to turn off forester and roads for a bit here. Put the goldmine in the south, whichever position is closer to the mineshaft, your roads should have reached the first houses so mine 4 gold and 8 gold to upgrade them as fast as you can. For now turn off the forester and roads to save some coins, we need 25 for the mineshaft.
Day 9: Spawn the miniboss at the farm today. Cyclops should kill him. Pick up demon trade if you havnt already, spawn bushes and gold. Change peasants on to stone at 8 gold, we need 9 stone for smelter. Upgrade the 2nd house when you can.
Day 10: Start all peasants on berries we need 14 berries for the next church upgrade. Extra peasants work on getting the smelter up.
Day 11: The berries and smelter should finish early today. Put the Church boost on the gold mine. Put 2 in smelter and the rest on gold mining. you should also reach 20 faith today and upgrade the knight. We pick the tank upgrade for DPS and shield on the swordsman. Our first 5 bars go to the castle repair, then the rest go to upgrading the runescribe to max. Forester and roadbuilder should still be off to save coins for the permanent gold mine.

Day 12: Repair the castle when the bars come in. Continue mining and smelting gold for the runescribe upgrades. Buy the permanent gold mine when you have 25 coins. Once you have it you can turn roads and forestry back on. Always remember to be checking your expedition and world events for items. Lucky item drops can boost a run quite a bit allowing you to survive longer than covered in this guide, most notably the wizard staff or stone of wetness for the runescribe will let him carry waves for much longer.
Day 13: Continue to smelt and mine. you should hit the 6 bars upgrade on runescribe today. Remember to check roads and forester are on, expedition and world events.
Day 14-22+
Day 15: Final gold bars should come in to evo the runescribe. Stop smelting for now until you have 12 gold for the next house upgrade before going for the cyclops upgrade. Continue to build bread economy. You need 10 stone(well, windmill), 5 wood(farm), and 11 boards(farm upgrade and bakery)
Day 16: You should be able to upgrade the knight to tank by today. Also buy the paladin and crossbow. You can also buy a siege unit from the siege workshop if you want but this guide does not use them. The expedition also has reached the black market (25 shards road unlock) you can buy whichever bonus relic you want but it is not needed. You can also use your faith to buy rocks from the Demon to speed up collection for the bread economy. Your courier may get a bit flooded, unassigning peasants to clear the backlog is a good idea today.
Day 17: Start bread production by today at the latest. You can unassign the port now and put prioritize on the goldmine. Our next priority is to make sure everyone has bread then work on walls. We also need 9 wood in the bank for the brewery by day 20. Weave in buying and upgrading the griffon when you have enough fish. After 12 gold ore for the 3rd house upgrade leave 1 peasant on gold mine and smelter until the cyclops is upgraded. Start using the training field in the west for more xp now.

Day 18: Continue to make bread and boards for walls(6 for wall, 4 for a tower). Turn off roads, forestry and fields to save gold to buy and put the paladin in. It will cost 16 gold. Upgrade the monk for 8 wheat today, and buy the Griffon for 2 fish either today or tomorrow. The griffon will go in the tower.
Day 19: Collecting 9 wood is the priority today. We need 9 wood in the bank to make the brewery tomorrow. Then make bread and boards for walls. You should have 140ish glory, so its a good idea to open up the roads you can. Start using prayer wonder in the west to spend your faith every day for random resources. The courier will be a backlogged so unassign peasants to make sure you have the 9 wood. Peasant micro will be necessary today to ensure 9 wood and enough bread for tonight. Once you reach 6 gold bars for cyclops you can stop mining gold and smelting.
Day 20: Our next important milestone is today. You should reach150 glory and unlock the next large building spot. Walls should go up with a tower spot by today, then focus on building the brewery for 9 stone and making beer. More beer means easier Boss tomorrow.
Day 21: Gyrocopter boss. Some of your units will die, but dont worry, cyclops should clean him up fairly easily. If you fail, retry and drink all your beers, while continuing to make beers today and use them as soon as they are made. You should win this fight. Afterwards pick up metal arrows or eagle eye relic, both ok to pick. From here on we simply focus on having bread for all > finish cyclops upgrade>16cost monk>crossbow>swordsman upgrades. You should reach 200 glory after the boss so take your time to unlock roads and check out what the map has to offer. Mainly the quarry miniboss, the dungeon, and 1 large building slot.
Day 22. From here on our priority is bread for all>having 8 beers to pop buffs in case we fail a day and have to retry>cyclops, monk, crossbow, swordsman upgrade>wall upgrades. With our new empty building slot you have 2 choices, build the siege camp and play with some siege units, or build the portal and buy more mercenary units. At Kingdom Level 15 you unlock the 2nd evolution for 15 shards which can let you get even further by evolving either cyclops or a portal unit of your choice. From here on you should survive until Day 25. I died on Day 25 and then passed it on retry by drinking 7 beers. This will get you to 320ish Glory which opens up a lot of the map.
