A guide to the 6 new Patch 1.3 achievements! Please note that as this patch is new as of writing this, I do not yet know every method for these achievements and am going off what I did to unlock them. To unlock this achievement, go the CalmSweeper icon on your desktop. This minigame plays like Minesweeper, which you thankfully don’t need to win. Click around until you hit a bomb tile, which rewards you with this achievement and the exact opposite of a jumpscare.
A Mine With Teeth
A Mine With TeethTo unlock this, progress in the Spot the Difference/Smile Dog game until you reach the timed section with the distorted dog pictures. Once you are here, CalmSweeper should change into SmileSweeper. Click on it, select new game, and click around until you find a bomb tile. This time the bomb tile will reward you with a jumpscare.

After completing the Spot the Difference game and the recount of Mary’s death (if you have preciously done this, you need to do it again), you should have an email in your inbox from [email protected] detailing your childhood Husky, Bolt. Download the image from her email and click on it once it’s on your desktop.
Simply click on the picture of Bolt and click on his nose a couple of times. A short cutscene should play and reward you with Ending #4 and this achievement.

This is going to be how I personally obtained this achievement (note I had every achievement except Who’s a Good Boy? upon obtaining this). I am not sure if there are any specific conditions you need to meet to get this due to a lack of other sources–when I got this achievement, the completion rate was 0.0% and it went up to 0.1% after me, lol.
So, I got this achievement by getting to the screen where you would fight your mouse as it autopilots emailing every contact if you were going for the Never Give Up achievement. For this one, I believe you need to fight your mouse on the following screen for a total of one minute. Please not that sometimes (I believe after already completing this ending) your mouse may not automatically move.

These two you can unlock at the same time, so they’re grouped together here (also because I don’t know how to get them separately). Download missing.jpg from the email in your spam and choose one of your friends on the left. It doesn’t matter who you select or what you write here (don’t worry, your friend won’t see your in-game email) as long as you attach missing.jpg. You should unlock both achievements at the same time after hitting send.
